Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals and proactive outreach
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and alignment with client needs
• Present top candidate profiles for review

This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support operational performance, executive decision-making, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and working with structured and unstructured data sources. This position operates in data-driven and compliance-focused environments, requiring accuracy, performance optimization, and clear data storytelling.

Power BI Developers will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and IT to deliver scalable reporting solutions, automate data processes, and support ongoing analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
Build and maintain data models, relationships, and calculated measures using DAX

This position operates within structured, SLA-driven environments and requires the ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining high levels of accuracy, documentation, and professionalism.

IT Help Desk Specialists will support a wide range of technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network access, and enterprise applications. This role may also assist with onboarding, system provisioning, and basic security compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues across multiple environments
Provide technical support via ticketing systems, phone, email, and remote support tools
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment deployment
