As our client demand continues to grow, we are seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support full cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of industries and role types.

 

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicating with professionals, building relationships, and working in a fast paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals and proactive outreach
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and alignment with client needs
• Present top candidate profiles for review
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the process
• Support offer management, onboarding, and placement follow up
• Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity tracking
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing and future workforce needs
• Represent CCW professionally with both clients and candidates

Qualifications and Ideal Fit

CCW is seeking candidates with:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, HR, customer service, or client facing roles
• Ability to build relationships and engage professionals effectively
• Strong organization, follow up, and time management abilities
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or professional outreach tools (preferred but not required)
• A willingness to learn recruiting processes and grow within talent acquisition

Recruiting experience is a plus.

 

Compensation

This is a contract based opportunity with commission / performance compensation.
