About the Role

Creative Chemistry Works is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements across multiple industries. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day to day service operations. This role may support call centers, service desks, administrative teams, or client facing support functions and may be structured as temporary, contract, contract to hire, or direct hire depending on client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
• Escalate issues when necessary following established procedures
• Support order processing, service requests, or account updates
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to service standards, scripts, and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

 

Skills and Tools

• Experience using customer service or CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with shared document systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
• Comfortable working in structured, process driven environments

 

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem solving and
de escalation skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions
• Dependable, professional, and customer focused
• Adaptable to changing processes and service needs

 

Work Environment
