About the Role

Creative Chemistry Works is building a pipeline of Customer Service Representatives to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements across multiple industries. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day to day service operations.

This role may support call centers, service desks, administrative teams, or client facing support functions and may be structured as temporary, contract, contract to hire, or direct hire depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
• Escalate issues when necessary following established procedures
• Support order processing, service requests, or account updates
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to service standards, scripts, and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Skills and Tools

• Experience using customer service or CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with shared document systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams and client organizations
• Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling coordination
• Answer phones, monitor inboxes, and route communications appropriately
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
• Perform data entry and records management tasks
• Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance support as needed
• Support general office operations and project coordination

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
