Position Overview
Creative Chemistry Works is seeking Data Entry Specialists to support structured data processing, record management, and compliance reporting across multiple programs. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work within regulated and deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems
- Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Perform routine data audits and support reporting requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and regulated information
- Support system migrations, data cleanup, and data standardization efforts
- Cross-reference data between multiple systems to ensure consistency
- Follow established data governance, compliance, and quality control procedures
- Assist with documentation of data processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Strong typing speed (minimum 50–70 WPM) with high accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic functions)
- Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data entry tasks
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet daily and weekly productivity targets
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, government, finance, or other compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with database systems, CRM platforms, or ERP systems
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, or migration projects
- Knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, Google Sheets, or Power BI (basic level)
- Understanding of data governance, quality control, or audit processes
- Prior experience supporting reporting or analytics teams
