Position Overview

Creative Chemistry Works is seeking Data Entry Specialists to support structured data processing, record management, and compliance reporting across multiple programs. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work within regulated and deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems
  • Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Perform routine data audits and support reporting requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and regulated information
  • Support system migrations, data cleanup, and data standardization efforts
  • Cross-reference data between multiple systems to ensure consistency
  • Follow established data governance, compliance, and quality control procedures
  • Assist with documentation of data processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 50–70 WPM) with high accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic functions)
  • Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data entry tasks
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly productivity targets
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote assignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, government, finance, or other compliance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with database systems, CRM platforms, or ERP systems
  • Experience with data validation, cleansing, or migration projects
  • Knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, Google Sheets, or Power BI (basic level)
  • Understanding of data governance, quality control, or audit processes
  • Prior experience supporting reporting or analytics teams
